Naming and identity proposal for MACBA's archive restyling contest. As part of a interdisciplinary project, we were asked to enforce the link between the archive and its centre at the same time as to enforce its own identity. As a result, we came up with a dynamic language that enhanced the possibilities of the archive's new space.

Andrea Dunbar - Rita, Sue & Bob Too, 1982
_
Interpretation of Andrea Dunbar's drama play, which narrates the living in an autobiographic point of view of a 15 year old girl from Bradford, England at the begging of the 80's.
At first sight the book shows itself as a blank book, however, in order to read it the reader must rape it by cutting the pages. The layout searches for a constant tension and chaos, followed by a vertical composition of it in order to follow a same time-line.

Samuel Beckett - En attendant Godot, 1953

Co-designed with Anna Berbiela
_
Beckett's play relies on wait, an endless wait that reflexes the most absurd sense of human existance. The search of our reasons of being, or not being, the incapacity of controlling time and our destiny. Loading Godot hints at nowadays existencialism. New tecnologies make us believe we have an absoulte control on our lifes, and even more, make us believe we can control our time. Inspired by Robert Massin's editorial work for La cantatrice chauve, we focused our aim on trying to make the reader get into scene.
